Close to airports, shopping centers and all the fine entertainment Miami and Fort Lauderdale have to offer. We are located on the famous Broadwalk steps from the Margaritaville Entertainment area.

* Parking: The building has valet parking only, overnight guests pay $42.80/day.

There is no electronic video or audio surveillance monitoring on the interior of the unit. Please be aware that any sound that crosses a property line at an unreasonable loud volume is unlawful within the city; as per the City Noise Ordinance, Chapter 100 of the Hollywood Code of Ordinance.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
The resort "Costa Hollywood" will be upgrading the pool and jacuzzi flooring for improved safety and durability. Work will take place from June 3rd to June 14th, 2024. During this time, these areas will be temporarily closed. We'll notify you if they reopen earlier.
