You're directly across from the sand on the quiet residential end of Hollywood Beach — close enough to the Broadwalk to hear it, far enough that you can actually sleep.
The Broadwalk is a 2.5-mile pedestrian promenade with cafés, ice cream, live music, and a dedicated bike lane. Walk south for a calmer stretch of beach, north toward the busier restaurants and the bandshell.
Publix, coffee, and casual dining are all within a short walk. Sunrise over the water is the reason to book this one.

No parties, events, or gatherings of any kind
Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM — noise must not be audible outside the unit
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including the balcony
No pets (assistance animals accommodated as required by law)
Visitors who are not registered guests may not use the pool, sundeck, or any common area, and access codes may not be shared
Nothing may be hung from or dropped over the balcony — no towels or swimwear. A drying rack is provided inside
Eating, drinking, and grilling outside the unit are permitted only in the building's designated grill area
The parking hangtag must be visible in your vehicle and you must use your assigned space — untagged or misparked vehicles are towed $100 if tag is lostx
Beach chairs and umbrella are stored in the closet, not on the balcony

Self check-in with a keypad door code — no front desk, no waiting, arrive on your own schedule.
Just inside the door you'll find the pool key and your parking hangtag on a wall hook. Hang the tag in your car and use your assigned space.
The pool and sundeck are shared with residents and other guests and are open sunrise to sunset.
We're local, and we answer fast — usually within minutes during the day, and always the same evening.
Check-in is self-service, so no one meets you at the door. That's deliberate: if your flight lands at 2 AM, nobody is waiting on you and nothing is closed.
We're on call for whatever comes up — the pool key, the laundry app, a burnt-out bulb, or where to eat. Just send a message.
One note: the building staff can't help with the apartment. Everything comes to us.
A few things worth knowing before you book:
The pool closes at sunset and the gate is locked overnight.
Amenities are for registered guests and visitors who are with you — unaccompanied visitors aren't permitted anywhere in the building.
One assigned parking space is included; additional cars use paid public parking nearby.
The ground-floor laundry room is paid and requires a phone app.
Meals and grilling happen in the building's grill area, not on the balcony.
