The space

Welcome to our expansive 2-bedroom unit (1399 sq ft) designed for comfort and relaxation. The bedroom features a cozy king size bed, while the second room includes a full bed, perfect for accommodating family or friends. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofabed for additional guests. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals, and unwind in the spacious living area, making this the perfect retreat for your stay.

The neighbourhood

Located just steps from the beautiful Hollywood Beach, the neighborhood surrounding the famous Hollywood Broadwalk offers a lively and relaxing coastal atmosphere. Stretching along 2.5 miles of beachfront, the Broadwalk is lined with charming cafes, unique shops, and outdoor dining options, perfect for soaking in ocean views while enjoying local flavors.

This area is ideal for those who love outdoor activities. You can walk, bike, or rollerblade along the Broadwalk, with rental shops available nearby. * Pool/Beach: Guest coming from the pool or beach MUST utilize the service elevator.

* Trash/Waste: Second floor garage for all large box container - Do NOT leave trash bags in the hallways.}

* Luggage Carts: Must be utilized for the service elevator Only.
Fees to pay upon check in:
* Fobs: $30.00 for every 3 guests

* Parking Rates:
- After 15 minutes: $5.00
- All day (In & Out): $10.00
- Daily Rate: $5.00
- Overnight Rate: $8.00

All Units Include
* One beach umbrella
* 1 Graco pack and play for infants
* Beach towels for your use at the beach
* Two beach chairs (non-reclining, foldable for beach convenience)

Packages:
Packages can be delivered to the Building, but please note that there is a cost of $5.00 per package.

Property may include a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video or audio surveillance monitoring on the interior of the unit. Please be aware that any sound that crosses a property line at an unreasonable loud volume is unlawful within the city; as per the City Noise Ordinance, Chapter 100 of the Hollywood Code of Ordinance.
