The neighborhood has a more down to earth feeling than other areas to the north and south. Great restaurants within walking distance, and a very cool little cafe in the building itself. With easy access between FLL and MIA. Relax on the beach, hang on the rooftop bar and pool, walk to local restaurants, or enjoy boat trips to Ft Lauderdale on the water taxi that docks closeby.
The city of Hollywood requires all legal accomodations to sign a Vacation Rental Agreement with all the guests, The property may include a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video or audio surveillance monitoring on the interior of the unit. Please be aware that any sound that crosses a property line at an unreasonable loud volume is unlawful within the city; as per the City Noise Ordinance, Chapter 100 of the Hollywood Code of Ordinance.

Since this is a resort, there are some fees to pay at check in and they are not included in the rate.
Resort services include:

The fees are an administrative fee of $56.5 per stay, a resort fee of $39.50 per night per room. The resort will also make a $100 hold per stay.
You are welcome to bring your pet to the resort, we do not charge pet fees but the resort charges $100 per stay.
If you have a car, the building offers Valet Parking for $42.80/day.
You can also get an inexpensive parking permit from the city of Hollywood.
