Located just steps from the beautiful Hollywood Beach, the neighborhood surrounding the famous Hollywood Broadwalk offers a lively and relaxing coastal atmosphere. Stretching along 2.5 miles of beachfront, the Broadwalk is lined with charming cafes, unique shops, and outdoor dining options, perfect for soaking in ocean views while enjoying local flavors.
This area is ideal for those who love outdoor activities. You can walk, bike, or rollerblade along the Broadwalk, with rental shops available nearby. The pristine beach is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports. Family-friendly parks, playgrounds, and green spaces are just a short walk away, providing options for all ages.
Evenings here come alive with live music and entertainment from local venues. The area's laid-back vibe and variety of options make it a great destination for a fun and relaxing stay by the beach, all within close proximity to everything you need.
Since this is a resort, there are some fees to pay at check in and they are not included in the rate.
Resort services include:

* 2 Complimentary Beach Chairs
* Bicycle rental (1st hour free for up to 2 bicycles).
The fees are an administrative fee of $56.5 per stay, a resort fee of $39.50 per night per room. The resort will also make a $100 hold per stay.
You are welcome to bring your pet to the resort, we do not charge pet fees but the resort charges $100 per stay.
If you have a car, the building offers Valet Parking for $44,94/day.
You can also get an inexpensive parking permit from the city of Hollywood.

The resort "Costa Hollywood" will be upgrading the pool and jacuzzi flooring for improved safety and durability. Work will take place from June 3rd to the END of July 2024. During this time, these areas will be temporarily closed. We'll notify you if they reopen earlier.

This unit is privately owned and does not participate on the hotel program. There is No housekeeping or room service.
The property may include a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video or audio surveillance monitoring on the interior of the unit. Please be aware that any sound that crosses a property line at an unreasonable loud volume is unlawful within the city; as per the City Noise Ordinance, Chapter 100 of the Hollywood Code of Ordinance.
